Complaint

On the 11th of July 2018 I brought my car for 60000km service, the service advisor was Leeto who is always willing to assist. I was called later in the afternoon to pick the vehicle. On my way home the was funny noise coming from the back left wheel, the mechanic that was working on the vehicle did not fasten my wheel nuts and the lock nuts where missing. Till today I’m still awaiting for my lock nuts to be delivered back to me or even an apology from you dealership. That could have cause an accident or even death for me and my family. I have sent Leeto the picture of the wheel. its been 2 weeks and nothing is happening
