Clearing the MONEY jar!!

So the full run down - Car gets booked for Service on the 12th. All details are taken from Car model to VIN numbers to Mileage and am told that the car needs to be brought in for a service.<br> Arrive on the morning of the 13th to be told I am too early for service and need to return in a month even though this could have been done on the 12th when the booking was made. Also the car itself is alerting me of a service within 100km.<br> Thus within the 5 minutes I left my car unattended and to be moved by the staff in line for service I enter inside the office where I am asked for the service book. At this time a guy is told to get the service book and returns within a few minutes. I then return to my car and first check my jar of change I use for parking daily to find it EMPTY and there could possible have been about R50 in it. <br> The manager advises that 2 individuals drove my car and that all he can do was to check their pockets and walks away.<br> I have serious trust issues with this brand moving forward and require urgent answers be it footage, investigations etc. <br> Does this mean that I need to clear out my car every time I arrive for a check up or service at this Branch
