CHERY J3 DIFF PROBLEMS @ 90000KM

Bought my car in January 2014. She has 90000 km on the clock. Went in for service and found that there is a noise coming from the differential drive. The car is going back to Imperial Select Germiston on Thursday. However they cannot give me an estimate of how long its going to take to repair. However my frustration is that I was told that Chery SA does not assist with courtesy cars. If my car is going to be stripped and parts are on back order which most of the time is the case how am I supposed to get to work and back. Please assist in this regard at soonest
