Charging me second time for a battery.
I have a Tata Zenon Bakkie that I bought new in March 2012. If you go back in the history of my vehicle you will notice how many times I've been back with the same problem. The battery runs down because of some kind of mechanical problem (you even charged me for a new battery the last time which is ridiculous) but I paid it. Every time my vehicle goes to your workshop it stands there for more than a month at a time.<br> <br> The last two times you even called me to fetch the vehicle and then when I get there it doesn't want to start and I have to organise myself a lift back to work. Again this happened today. Your service managers never return your calls, they never keep you updated. You always have to phone them to find out what is happening. <br> <br> I've had this vehicle for 3 years now and it's been standing at Brooklyn workshop for more than 4 months in total because of \waiting for parts"";NULL;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; ***;835219;879944;27;2;0;1;0;0;2;NULL;NULL;NULL;15/04/01 12:59;15/04/01 11:28;5 hours still no flight booked using website;9,21E+12;;***;I have been trying to book a flight for the last 5 hours on Kulula website through my Vitality Discovery . The site either freezes, doesn't give me a destination, resets the page or gives me a \timed out response\"". If i manage to get passed the search"
