charged for Satnav. it not on car

I purchase a renault clio blaze from the above mentioned company with satnav.to fine out that there no sat nav. I already been charged for it. it been almost a month.they been aggressive. I been treated so badly. I have been charge it was added to my installment. I have call them many tiimes.I call complaint division with no help.
