Cash Back Contribution

A friend told me about a deal that Imperial Select- Kempton Park is offering on the Renault Sandero 2015 of which she also took. So on Monday the 27th of July, I emailed one of their salesmen Paul Vd Westhuizen to enquire about the deal and responded saying I will be paying R599.00 pm. for the next 6 months, Thereafter R2700.00 PM, this was based on the flat interest rate. When the Business Manager called to check for financing,I kept on asking and wanting clarity on how this is going to work out and he explained a cheque worth R10 000 will be paid out and given to me so as to assist with contributions towards my instalments, thus I will be paying the remainder for that period. A month passed and still no communication or anything about the cheque. When I called to find out what was the hold up, they told me they know nothing about the cheque and that there was never a special on the car. The first instalment was debited on the 20th of September. I still have not yet received the money as agreed upon.If there was no deal I would have not taken the car because it would put financial strain on my side. I emailed the dealer principal yesterday 08/10/2015 and still no response.
