Ive been servicing my vehicles Kia Rio and now Renault Kadjar @ Cape Town Multifranchise Paarden Eiland service department for the last 5 years, and I promise you every time I serviced my vehicle there would be different personal, so I could never build a relationship with Cape Town Multifranchise.

 Amazing team you have their displaying great values going the extra mile I sc****d my bumper and my parking sensor ended up loose and fell back into the bumper. I called Sonnete and asked her how she can help me ,she said I should come in and if its not major she can ask one of the mechanics just to clip it in for me. Sonette arranged that the mechanic Jody ,to clip it in amazingly, Savanah actually got the car polish and polished out the scratch on the bumper WOW. The team work was amazing. Even today when I came to fit my wipers ,Morne took a clothe with polish and polished my windscreen and had chips fixed. This I call VIP service, my jaw was sore from smiling as I could not believe the amazing service I received.
