Broken USB Port for Ford fiesta
they sold me a car with a broken USB port in august and i complained about it. the sales person referred ,e to ford to get a quotation. i did and emailed it to him as requested. i have been following him around like a headless chicken until i was referred to a manger who promised a call back and never did. i complained on imperial select Multifranchice site, thats when the manager Marc Saali who promised a call back responded me via Email and he tells me bull, that i signed the documents.

we all sign documents, but if something is wrong you return the good or get them fix it.

he sounds like someone who buys a car and tests everything in the car if its working. the time i was buying a car me and my father asked if everything is fine they said yes and that i should read a book if i dont understand something. ford is a very advanced car, i have been trying to read a book thinking that there is a setting to change in order to activated USB. and why did they make me get and send a quotation.

i want this fixed
