Flip van Der Merwe from KIA Imperial Select Multi Franchise in East Rand and his sales person by the name of Ziee, sold us a car a BMW I series, with a service plan and when we took a car in for service they told us that the service plan with liquid capital was cancelled because the dealer gave them false information, so they tried to amend the policy to meet the correct details which will need the dealer to pay a certain amount and Flip told Liquid Capital that their dealership no longer exist and of which i was there and i know that the dealership still operate, i am trying all i can to resolve this and even engaged my lawyers as i realized that Flip is not will to help me.
