Boot not working since purchased
Bought Toyota corolla from Imperial Select. Boot was not closing properly on purchase. Corne sales executive promised to order new part, to fix the boot. Took the car back to them. They did something. Boot worked for a few days. End of September took the car back to them. Spoke to Heino sales executive, because Corner was out. Gave him a list of things we not happy with. They kept the car in, phoned us to say car is fixed. Got car back boot worked for few days, then packed up again. My husband phone Gavin, he was told to bring the car in. He said he will send the car in to his panel beaters to fix. Needless to say, when we got the car back, the boot only worked for a few days. Side then, I have emailed Gavin a few times to sort the boot out, with no reply. I emailed my complaint to there Compliance department, also no reply.

Please advice me my way forward. I bought the car to upgrade. I had my Ford Focus that I treated in for over 10 years, with no complaints. Bought it from Eagle Corner.
This Corolla, not happy since we bought it.

Regards
P Fillis
