Beware added costs by Imperial Select Northcliff

I bought a 2nd hand vehicle in December from the Northcliff branch of Imperial Select. I thought that buying a 2nd hand car from a reputable dealer my guard was down. When I bought the vehicle I was told that there was a maintenance plan with the vehicle. Only when the car finance company sent me the invoice did I see a whole lot of 'extra's" that were added, without my knowledge as well as the maintenance plan. I had asked for the charges to be removed & only some have been deducted. Since then I have been asking for a invoice with the charges taken off & no-one bothers to get back to me or send me the invoice. I was *****ed into buying a car.
