Bad service Imperial Select Parow

<p>I had recently purchased a Jeep Cherokee Overland through Mercedes Benz Centurion from Deen Connelly Sales Executive Imperial Select Parow.</p> <p> </p> <p>I had found the vehicle on the auto Trader web site and enquired about the vehicle’s condition and reason of sake directly from the sales representative Deen Connelly who informed that the vehicle is a 100% in condition and nothing is amiss.</p> <p> </p> <p>I then arranged with the sales representative of Mercedes Benz in Centurion to purchase the vehicle as I am abroad and not able to see the vehicle in person and have trust with the Mercedes Benz of Centurion.</p> <p> </p> <p>The vehicle arrived with some damage which Mercedes Benz fixed for me. Despite the reassurance from the original dealer.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I arrived in South Africa and took possession fo the vehicle I was informed there is no spare key and the luggage cover for the rear of the vehicle is missing. These items should have been noted to me prior to purchase and arrangements should have then been made for replacement of the items as it is essential to have a spare at hand.</p> <p> </p> <p>All correspondence to enquire about the missing items from Imperial Select Parow has been fruitless</p>
