BAD SERVICE FOR A FIRST TIME BUYER!!!!!!!!!

THESE TERRIBLE SALES GUYS SOLD ME A CAR WITH THE FOLLOWING WRONG! + a very noticeable broken grill + a broken bumper clip + and a boot lever held together with a cable tie. (not to mention the broken key) THEN I notice I have dent on my boot lid that I did not cause and of course they wont even reply on my request for showroom photos of the vehicle to prove that the car was or was not sold to me like this....... so what am I left to believe..... THEN Due to the bumper lid being replaced the panel beater left a few deep scratches on the bonnet which they had sprayed from there team outside one day at my office.... theses guys also sprayed a nik on my side back door..... its been roughly 3 months and the spray job on the door is now a big blop of dark silver on the car. As expected they have yet to respond to this request to have it sprayed correctly!

I obviously don't trust them, after assuring me there checks are so thorough in there workshop... this has been proven as complete ****...

I don't want a new car, I just want the boot lid and spray job fixed the way it should have been sold to me..... Many people have told me they've taken me for a fool as I'm a female and for a first time buyer this has been a terrible experience There has been at least 4 emails back and forth no assistance.......
