Bad Service again
On the 1st January 2016 our vehicle broke down and was towed in for repairs to Imperial Select Tokia (Chery). The vehicle arrived in Tokia on the 4th Jan. It was assessed and the steering rack needed repairs. Some of the repair work was covered by warranty and we agreed to cover the rest. It was agreed with Abdulla to order the parts from JNB on Thursday 7th Jan. I purposefully didnt follow up with Abdulla to see if he would contact us. He didnt. We dealt with Abdulla previously at Milnerton Chery and knew he would contact, something like 4-5 days later. Anyway, yesterday I decided to call because he didnt call just to follow up. I was told he wasnt sure if he ordered the parts and he couldn't remember. Imperial should seriously expel him, he is breaking your brand. I sent a email to him today and apparently the parts I believe was ordered yesterday (13th Jan) SERIOUSLY! Once our vehicle comes back, I'm selling it for something better, so I never have to deal with the company again. I also have two family members with the same experience. Abdulla needs to go, since his been there things has changed. Imperial Tokia was excellent before (bring back Yolanda)
