Bad service

Bought renault kwid in 2016 and when I took it for service at renault alberton was told it doesn't have petrol filter. Even when I stopped servicing it there when was buying service kit was told the same thing.

In October the car started giving me problems loosing and cutting in the middle of the road took it to be checked at renault alberton and was told the car is 100%. I called again in November with same problem was asked to bring it, of which I did and was told again no problem everything is 100%.

In December the problem became worse will have to drive and stop along the way and wait for the car to cool off. Until I decided to take it to local mechanic who told me that it's petrol filter. He took it out and wow it was dirty because it was never changed since the car was manufactured. Today went to the store to buy it the guy was surprised of what am holding, he told me they don't have it will have to wait 2 months they'll order for me.

What shock me is as they receive cars every day to be serviced meaning they don't change petrol filter since they don't have it or they also tell them renault kwid doesn't have petrol filter.

Bad service ever won't recommend anyone to use your service is very bad. To think was nearly involved in an accident with a truck because renault don't know the product they are selling to people am so disappointed.
