Bad Service
In November 2014 I bought a Hilux from Imperial Select Kempton Park. Before buying they committed to replace a sensor that was causing the engine light to be on. The OEM radio was also not working which they committed to fix.
The car went to Imperial 6 times between December 2014 and February 2015 , without the problem being resolved.

On the 4th of February 2015 I again took the vehicle to Imperial Select and the car stayed with them from 4 February to 13 February.
When I received the vehicle back on the 13th of February, the engine light was totally disabled, not even coming on when the ignition is switched on as it should. I subsequently connected the vehicle to a ODB diagnostic computer and found that the errors codes causing the engine light problem was still present, meaning engine light was disabled to hide the problem.

This problem was brought under the attention of the dealer Principle, Scott Wannenburg, and the Imperial Customer Care Manager, Rennette Crock, who have both done nothing to resolve the problem.
