Bad Follow Through

I purchased my Hondai I10 on the 11 October. there are so many things that I have not recieved since I purched my car that writing it all down as a paragraph is driving crazy. So here is a list of all the things you can expect to NOT get when you purchase a car from Imperial Select Honda Northcliff

1. When I got the car, the registration number was not yet registered. was told it would be ready in 2 or 3 day. which it wasn't. 2. No spare key 3. Half working mobilizer 4. No registered number plates for at least a week 5. Tracker on the wrong number plate 6. Missing car parts 7. Unattended calls, email and complaints from sales people and management
