bad client service

bought a car from imperial select franchise in midrand on the 21st of October 2016, it's been over a month and till today I haven't received my licence disc and number plates. First, they gave me a car with a wrong vin number and signed on a contract with wrong car information. They charged me over 5000 for vehicle registration and now I have to beg them to get my car registered. Both the salesman and the manager are no longer interested in assisting me since they have already benefited from the commission they made from the car sale. I have been complaining for over two weeks now and my complaints are falling on deaf ears. I will never ever refer anyone even my worst enemy to that dealership. The salesman who assisted is Eugene. I don't like the car anymore. I feel like surrendering it and go looking for another car. I don't understand why I have to struggle this much when I paid. I am very disappointed to the core.

Reviewer Update

I have just spoken to the manager from the dealership and he is not at all sounding remorseful or empathetic towards my situation. He is insisting that he didn't do anything wrong. I must be the crazy one then. Would I have resorted to hello Peter if everything was in order? First, they gave me a car and a contract with a wrong vin number. Now, over 6 weeks I am still driving with a permit. I live in a dangerous neighbourhood, whereby driving a car with a permit for over a month sets you as a target for hijackings. The contract that I still have at hand is the one with the wrong vin and mileage information. I don't have an amended contract with the right details. I am the one spending on airtime and making follow ups with the dealership, they have never even once picked up the phone to contact me. Even this morning, I am still the one that contacted them. Maybe I am not that important or my business is no longer of importance to them. Every contact I make with them is from my pocket, another expense for me. Is there a way that I can return the car and go to another dealership? I have had it.

I have requested that Storm provides you with the amended contract, the Dealer Principal has also taken this up with Jurie to have this resolved urgently.
