Bad attitude, lying to the people and *****ing from clients.

<p>I sent my complaint already about not being satisfied with their services, I even cancelled my deal for a Ford Figo. Now they don't wanna give me my refund. Firstly they **** about when I should collect the car, and they removed parts from the car that's the reason I cancelled the sale. I dealt with Ahmed Essay, then his manager Donovan. Now their excuse for not giving me the refund is I buy and sell cars. What does that have to do with anything.. I mean I'm well within my rights for canceling the sale according to CPA. They acted in bad faith. I want the money back.. it's been a when week. I would just like to warn the people that they should be very careful of this dealership - Imperial Northcliff.</p> <p>They saying they are actually doing me a favour by even saying they will refund me. That's them being nice. </p>
