Backyard Dealership!!!

<p>I traded in my BMW 1 series and purchased a Renault Clio.<br />I was relocating to Johannesburg and needed everything to be sorted out smoothly.<br />First issue was that the settlement for the BMW was not done until over 2 months later and I had to pay for 2 instalments in which i didnt even have the car.</p> <p>Second issue is that the car was not licensed and i had to drive around with an expired permit and had the run around till the day that i had to leave to jhb when Greg got another permit for me to use and got the license and plates delivered to me in jhb the next week.</p> <p>During this time I was communicating with Avash and he kept telling me its all being sorted, until he stopped replying and i went to the dealership to find out he had resigned.<br />Greg was the handling the case and eventually got things sorted out and I was promised that I would be reimbured the instalment for the BMW which i still have not received and I'm not getting feedback.</p> <p>Buying a new car was suppose to be a good experience but this was by far the worst customer service i have ever received, Nothing was done correct and as a customer I had to keep leaving work and going to the dealership to try and get things sorted. I have been very patient and understanding but this is just unprofessional and ridiculous.</p> <p>I have everything on email for proof, and all i want is to be reimburst for the instalments.</p> <p>I hope this issue can be escalated and sorted out ASAP!</p>
