A special first of all to the face of Kia service department in Polokwane, Maropeng. The lady is ever smiling and truly a genuine customer service driven person, I've been dealing with the Multi franchise in Polokwane for over 6 and over the last 4 years she has always been the same, maintained her personality and it shows that it's actually who she is and not just because her job requires her to portray such an image.
