Appalling Service from Roodepoort Multifranchise

I really wish i could give lower than 1 star to this dealership. We have been battling for 8 weeks to get an issue resolved with a vehicle that my Elderly father needs to drive every day, yet I keep getting told parts are being ordered, then never notified of them arriving or that the wrong part was ordered. Problems with this TATA vehicle is FAN does not work, Dash lights do not work, Tail lights do not work (not globes issue), back right wheel locks up when breaking lightly, headlights do not turn off (Draining battery). these are but a few of the issues I have been trying to get TATA Rooderpoort (Multifranchise) to resolve, yet they do not give us any assistance. They dont call back, they always take messages, but nothing passed on or they just dont care.
