Airbag replacements

There was a recall on some Citroën models over the radio for airbag replacements. I have contacted Motus BLOEMFONTEIN the very next day to ask how when where. At first they rep**** even booked an appointment 2 months after the " appointment day" now they dont reply to emails no matter how many you send they just ignore. They dont give a f about your safety
