After Sales service sucks

I have bought a new Renualt Kadjar from Zambesi Motors in Feb 2018, the car was delivered with or service manual or service booklet, after numerous emails and phone calls, the agent that sold me the car apparently left and the new agent, after 2 months, i received the service manual end booklet, however the service book isn't filled in or stamped by the dealer, and therefore isn't valid, no response from Renualt SA as well, which i phoned in the week, never phoned back again, and neither did Zambesi motors. It is shocking that you have to pay over R4k for a car get such service, never had any problems from the previous renualt agent.
