Absolutely ********* And POOR Customer Service!!!

I am entirely disgusted at the Customer service that I received from the sales staff at Imperial and I will NOT be purchasing another vehicle from the Durban branch again. I picked up my vehicle on the 22nd of August 2020 and due to lockdown I've been working from home so I did not use the car until Thursday, the 27th of August. I travel around 60km's to work and on my way to the office I felt the vehicle pulling to the side. I wasn't sure if the wheel alignment was off so I took it to be inspected that upcoming Saturday (the 29th of August), a week after I picked up my car. Upon inspection, the fitment centre advised that my driver side front tyre has been reversed, meaning that the outside of the tyre was turned to the inside and the inside of the tyre was facing the outside. Apart from that, the tyre has a bulge and it appeared that the tyre was rotated to conceal the bulge from being seen. I contacted the salesperson that I worked with as soon as it was brought to my attention and was advised that they will get back to me. That following Tuesday, after making multiple calls to the sales team, the salesman advised that they will not be replacing the tyre as according to their checks, the vehicle was passed as being roadworthy, although I am yet to see any of the checks that were performed. I then asked for the After Sales Manager to call me, which he didn't. I insistently called the manager every day thereafter and when I eventually got ahold of him, he told me that he will check the file and advise. Its been 5 days with no response from the manager, bearing in mind that I reported the issue initially on the 29th of August and it is now the 7th of September. Every time I try calling the manager, he doesn't answer my call and doesn't even bother to call me back. If the vehicle has been for multiple checks, HOW was it not picked up that the tyre is facing the wrong way?? Or was it intentionally rotated to prevent the dealership from having to replace the tyre? I'm a female and I travel a long distance to work and anything could have happened on the road, thankfully I picked up the fault before I had a blowout. I am absolutely disappointed with the customer service that I received. Purchasing a vehicle is a huge commitment and the least you could expect is to receive a vehicle that's in a correct running order. It is not my duty to replace a tyre which has been rotated to hide a fault! This needs to be resolved by the dealership.
