Absolute disgraceful post sale service

I was sold a sandero stepway in August by a sales consultant by the name of Nadeem, the vehicle has a dent on the light which he did not inform me of, for the past 4 months Iv been going back and forth trying to get this light replaced & now the battery is giving me issues of which I was told the vehicle went for service before I took delivery and everything that needed to be replaced was replaced, Nadeem keeps ducking and diving I have asked so many times for head offices email so that I can escalate this matter but he keeps fobbing me off at this point I am going to take legal action against him and the company because they have not been able to keep their service level agreement.
