8-point check a farce

I purchased a car through Iqbal (having been a trade-in);
o with 40 700Km (having been advertised at 37 000Km (=first problem = dishonest marketing).
o the car came with a 60 000Km service plan which the previous owner had not been fully/properly utilized i.e the 30 000 Km service had not been done (=second problem = the car was sold as 'FSH' when in fact it was nearly 11 000 Km overdue for a service).
Invariably there are consequences iro warranty - still baffled by how the dealer may potentially be selling cars with this so called 8 point-check which are in fact not checked for a mere service book. I have totally lost trust in Imperial products because quite simply, the ability to buy pre-owned vehicles arises from their assurances that these are checked.
o When a refund needed to be made which was urgent the dealer sought to 'punish' me by using a 10-day check which will clear long after my need for that money has passed (=third problem = dealing with complaints in total bad faith).
o Dealer principal (Keith Parkinson) seemingly not interested in intervening even when sought.
I had travelled from JHB to go take delivery of this car- admittedly stupid.
