6 weeks later, still don't have a number plate

I bought a car early last month and I was promised a number plate a few days later but to my surprise a month later i still don't have it. I am being stopped by metro cops every second day because i am driving a car without a number plate. I need it, i am tired of the empty promises I have been receiving.
