2 Months Delay in Delivery of Spare Parts

<p>i enquired for spares for our Cherry vehicles to which Bheki Nkosi responded to with a quote.</p> <p>6 January 2017 , we paid and forwarded proof to Bheki. we received part of the order mid Janaury and were told that back orders take two weeks to come from China which am still waiting up to now, they didn't advise us that they didnt have the other parts in stock, only to know when we received part order of what we paid.. i asked to speak with the Manager to Bheki who is Kash who promised to deliver on the 3rd of March 2017 but nothing was delivered, sent an email on the 6th nobody responded.</p> <p>called their customer care line for Cherry S.A and spoke with Elizabeth, also forwarded to her our proof of payment and the estimate which i still feel she's not helping at all as she tells me that nobody knows about this order. i asked for Edenvale branch number since the one i knew was no longer getting through but to my surprise i was answered in Bosburg who advised that the Edenvale branch was closed.</p> <p> </p> <p>i have been following up with Natalie Mostert but still nothing has materialised.</p> <p> </p>
