On the 14th January i was referred to an Orthopedic to get fitted with a ROM knee brace and the receptionist at the Doctor's office contacted Imperial Med before they can proceed with fitting me with the knee brace and now i receive a statement from the Orthopedic for R2265,50 and i am thinking this is the balance remaining after Imperial med has paid so i called Cedar gap cover to claim the difference then i get the shock of life when i am told they have to reject my claim because Imperial med also rejected my claim. That doctor would not have fitted me with the knee brace without getting authorization first. I want my money don't toy with me. You want to indebtor us whilst we are paying you monthly.
