Refunds and Claims and payments to doctors

this is probibly the worst ever medical aid by far. would not recommend it to anyone working in imperial group.

they always have issues regarding the refunds and they always have long stories when ity comes to paying claims and doctors!

Ive been listed on itc because my medical wich i pay for every month cant make payments the way they should!!

call cente is very bad as no one gets back to you after being on the phone for hours!! im on the phone now and still they cant give me answer ive been holding on for 25 min now and still now feedback??? wonder whos paying my airtime???

worst mistake in my life was to choose imperial med and this will be cancelled asap!!!! im done with this bad service, to think i also work for imperial? if this is how they treat staff i dont want to know how they treat other people.

looks like i need to go to the small claims court for this to be sorted out as i pay for a service wich i dont recieve spending R 3200 every month for this medical aid scheme is the worst mistake i ever made
