Poor service

I’m disgusted by the poor service provided here,my medical aid contribution alone besides the company on a monthly basis is almost R2000 - needed medical attention and they wouldn’t pay and I paid cash,then I requested a refund of R472.00 not even half of the installment and after many follow ups and almost a month later,the medical aid still has not paid out,wouldn’t recommend!!!! I have not received anything even now,even after the “correct procedure “ no one cares to update-canceling this plan
