Medical aid slow to repay claims

On the 27th March had to take my child to Herm**** Mediclinic who informed me that I had to pay cash to see the Dr. This already came as a surprise that they didn't't except my medical aid but paid account. I was told to submit claim to my medical aid for refund. The Tuesday 29th March I submitted to medical aid and phoned to confirm, at which time I was told that repayment happens within 24 hours. The next week when I phoned again i was told it takes 5 working days to be processed. The week after i was told that not only that I am only getting half back of what I paid but it would only be paid Friday past, it is now Sunday and still no payment was made.
