Lack of Urgency from Imperial health medical aid staff leads to Asset repossession

<p>I logged a request with Imperial Med over 3 weeks ago to obtain my mum medical records as her bond life cover is dependent on this information. </p> <p>Firstly the medical aid has lost all her information, cannot allocate her on the system as apparently once someone passes away they archive all information into some magical volt that no one has access too. Whilst the incapable staff at this medical aid wait and ponder how to provide me and my assigned lawyer the executor of the estate with the information we so badly require my mums life policy is dangling by a thread and the band refuses to pay out the bond cover leaving us on the verge of having to property auctioned off or repossessed. </p> <p> </p> <p>Please can someone have the damn decency to call back.
