Imperial Med not paying for chronic medication

Imperial medical aid has rejected my chronic medication claims twice.This has been an inconvenience because I get the medication monthly and it is R600 each time.<br> <br> I have phoned twice and each time the.medical aid agents promise to call me back and nothing happens.
