Health saver refund

I canceled my medical aid at the end of April and it was linked with a health saver savings plan member number ***. There is about R 1,280 credit in the account. I called the scheme a few times for a refund and I was promised to get paid on the 11 of September and it haven't received anything. I called them again yesterday and the consultant promised that they will do an immediate payment ref number ***. Still no payment or response on my emails regards Gerhard Dedekind ***
