Do you even care about the sick?

My father had a serious stroke a couple of years ago and has a set of medication that he is to take.We where always able to use companies like Dis-Chem and Clicks to purchase his medication. Now all of a sudden we have to use your supplier NCS that only deliver generic medicine.Now we have three issues here.1 being forced to use NCS who not only supp**** us with generics without permission, but also provide horrible customer service.2 Why do we have to pay 25% just because we don't want to use NCS, thats extrortion.3We have been struggling since Friday to have this matter resolved and still we have no awnsers, we are busy speaking to our lawyers and my next stop is the papers.My father's stroke falls under PMB, his Dr specifically said no generics and you have no right to put him on them without our permission nor to force a co-payment if you only have a single point of purchase and there is no service to speak of. If something happens to my father because he does not have his medication (Even some of the generics are wrong) Imperial will be held liable as non performance is clear.
