Disgusted

Firstly I would like to say your chronic department is of No help what so ever...... the fact that my chronic application has been rejected as I need medication to bri g down my insulin leave which should be between 3-17, and mine are 95 and imperial Med rejects my application. It's disgusting that we have to pay so much each month for medical aid but when we need medication the medical aid wont pay.

Disgusting is all I have to say.
