Atrocious benefits, ********* med aid, ********* ill informed staff

Paying medical aid for years. No dentistry apparently. Consultants misinformed us multiple times. Use to cover braces for kids but took that benefit away - paying cash for this. Need to have extractions done in theatre and was authorized by med aid then they go behind our backs and cancel the authorisation and have the audacity to tell us "well we've cancelled it there's nothing you can do". We've never claimed frivalous ... do not use the doctor often ... self medicate all the time adn pay cahs for all that ... what then is the F^#!@$ use of paying them?
