WORST online platform ever!

Dealing with Impaq education and to have 2 of my students registered since February has been a nightmare. To access the assessments and assignments through OPTIMI has not just been frustrating but near impossible. The administration of Impaq has cost my Grade 11s to miss their test date and obtaining a 0% for term 1, this is really a serious matter as we are talking about someone's future. We have paid in full for the whole year but to get a response from them takes days and when they do phone back it feels like we just back to square one. I am totally stressed out over this!! This needs to be reported to SACAI.
