Worst institution

I registered my son son last year with Impaq. Throughout the year I had a miserable experience. Their finance department is extremely ***********. A full payment was made in January but the finance department put it in as a monthly payment and I ended up in debt owing R1400. Till today they still tell me I'm owing, that's a year later, after many calls and emails explaining. That's not it.. I made the biggest mistake by registering my son this year again.. Again full payment was made.. Now they say my son cannot be registered because I owe them R1400. 00 from last year but they are sitting with the full payment.. I made this year 2024 Does that make any sense!An educational institute with no proper knowledge of finance.
