Words cant describe the anger
So after yesterday, which took 84,24 min and no answer. Impaq called me back. And now
Well, now I tracked my sons books, and called Aramex which is not answering their calls, 34min before someone answered, just to tell me the delivery address was incomplete. This is the same delivery address where they delivered the books in 2016 for 2017 school year....
This means that the delivery address was incomplete from the sender. Now I as receiver is at the short end of the stick....
And yet again, 40 + min waiting for impaq to answer....
"Your call is important to us please hold."
"All of our agents is still busy"
"Thank you for your patience"
Is driving me crazy!!!!!! Can someone call back.
