WE NEED URGENT HELP. OUR CHILDREN ARE SUFFERING WITHOUT EDUCATION WHILE THIS SCHOOL MAKES HUGE MISTAKES

My Daughter (112972) started at Impaq ONLINE SCHOOL last year, we registered her for this year again early last year as they pushed us to do so for a cheaper rate. We said she would continue to do the ONLINE course. We find out this year IMPAQ MADE A HUGE MISTAKE and registered my daughter as a homeschool student. THEIR MISTAKE!! We had 2 different people phone to confirm our registration and they still got it wrong. They sent us text books and now want us to send them back at our cost and we must pay a cancellation fee too when we did not make this huge mistake. All while my daughter still sits without being able to be added into the correct class so long. She does not get the education she needs yet Impaq still debits the money knowing full well there is a problem. Countless phonecalls and emails and they get ignored. While my daughter suffers. Her marks have dropped drastically since joining this school. The teachers do not talk to students one on one and help them or mention anything if there is a problem they just give 0% and no answers. I honestly cannot afford to have my daughter fail and sit out classes while you guys milk us all of our hard earned money!!! Many parents are at their wits end and we will all join together and get ourselves to court and fight this properly if Impaq does not start actually helping us. Parents are highly upset!!! Your whole system needs an upgrade. We are not in the stone ages anymore. More staff needed. Students are suffering terribly.
