We ask for concession...is that to hard for Impaq to process??

Concession for exams 2020/10 We app**** for concession & was asked to have the boy evaluated. We did the evaluation and submitted the documents in Feb 2020. We have been given the run around from one person to another and from one department to another for the last 8 months. Exams have started in October 2020. Still no report back from Impaq. We are aware of the lock down in SA. But it seems as if the people working this application is still in "lock down" Who will be responsible if the child fails his exams? Us the parents or the people responsible at Impaq? Impaq got there monthly fees and they are happy. We as parents have just lost a year of fees and psychologist bills to help our son. What a great educational institution, or you can decide for yourself.
