<div>Impaq did not inform me with my request for quotes on 28/04/2021 that I need to submit my children’s first term marks. Impaq did not inform me with my enquiries on 06-05-2021 or 08-05-2021 that all marks must be submitted by 28 Feb 2022. Impaq did not inform me with Impaq’s follow up phone calls about the cut off dates. Impaq should have phoned me or sent an email in the week of 01/05/2021 to 05/05/2021 to inform me of the cut off dates, and to ask me about my children’s first term marks. My children cannot do three terms in 5 months’ time. Impaq cannot sell a 12 month curriculum and expect learners to finish in 9 month’s time. If I request a report card for the fourth term, I cannot get it, as you explained that I will not be able to capture it after the 28th of Feb 2022.
