Very poor service regarding querie
I logged a call regarding a mark that the department of education said they never received from Impak, which resulted in my matric certificate not being issued, this was on 26 November, and i still have not received any feedback, despite my numerous calls and emails, the person working with this is \never in". despite the fact that i told them on various occasions that this is a very urgent matter"
