Very poor service from Impaq

I need contact information for ANYONE else at Impaq that will be able and willing to assist me. I have been dealing with "info" and "sales" but the feedback is very poor and everything has been a big mess since I have registered my daughter with Impaq. I have not received some of the books and received some twice. Please contact me (especially someone in management) so we can sort this out at last!
