Very disappointing

I have been with Impaq for over 3 years and have always promoted Impaq, I have paid for the year and tried to finalize the registration to no avail. I used up 3 telephones airtime listening to pre recording telling me operators are unavailable and sent numerous emails only to get back a computer generated report that email has been received and it could take up to 3 days to get back to me!. I asked for a human to contact me, also to no avail. The voice-mail service is full and you can't leave a message
