Very disappointed Parent-Bad service.

I was refer by friends that Impaq is the school for my 5jr old son as he had learning difficulties and struggled to concentrate in school. He also had an speech problem and that the small class room would help a lot. As they would give individual attention to him and in time he would improve. So I search and found Ludus Learning Centre who is trading under Impaq. I phoned Amanda v. d Hoven to set up an meeting. I explained to her all the obstacles we went through help our child improve she also asked why not enter our then 6jr old daughter into the school. So we thought why not. September 2017 they started and for a few months all went well. Then the kids started coming home saying say that Amanda are physically and emotionally abusing them. At first I let it go thinking this could not be the same loving lady whom I met and agreed that she will give her best in educating my children as I was also paying for a service we had agreed to. So the year come to an pass and they went back January 2018 and things still remain the same. We also agreed to extra payment as I can only pick the kids up 17h30. Things really started taking a very bad turn in June 2018 as my son was not doing any work in the class and she was screaming at him for how dumb he is and not listening in class. She would leave the kids in class with he 18jr old daughter to watch and teach them as she is going out to get her nails done and also her hair. Then all of a sudden this new guy is involved spending time with her while she is teaching the kids. And when I try to set up an appointment with her to ask how things are going with the kids do I need to do extra work to help. She would not answer my calls and accuse me of bothering her and that she did not have time to communicate as the repot will do the talking. Then when I read through the report it did not make sense at all as it did not seem as my son was improving at all. When I ask to see their books she just refuse saying they are busy. Also when I picked my kids up in the evenings they would stand outside the gate with her daughter waiting for me, as she left to go home with the new guy different as to we are used to see her husband helping out sometimes. So my question is where do you draw the line as you are paying for a service as promised and the kids not getting the education they need? Can't believe that people could do this to kids? My kids. I am very disappointed.
