Very disappointed!

I have been patient with you people for over 2 weeks! I kwep phoning and inquiring about my daughter's books and still i have not received any assistance! She has already missed too much work that we need to catch up on but your excuse is that you have too high volume calls and emails! Our childrens education is not a priority to you.
